The Green Pin Super® Bow Shackle FN is a grade 8 bow shackle featuring a safety bolt and a fixed nut for enhanced security. Despite its smaller size and weight, it maintains an equal working load limit compared to non-Super products, facilitating easier handling. With triple safety (split pin, safety bolt, and fixed nut), it’s ideal for dynamic loads or extreme vibrations. The fixed nut is securely attached to the pin head with bolts and Nord-Lock® washers, ensuring durability. Galvanization prevents corrosion, while the concealed screw thread in the shackle eye minimizes wear on wire ropes and other components.
