The Green Pin® Tapered Pin ROV Shackle F is a grade 8 shackle designed for subsea operations with a remotely operated vehicle (ROV). It features a fishtail handle and a tapered pin end for easy manipulation by an ROV arm. The handle is securely attached to the pin head with bolts and Nord-Lock® rings, and grooves in the pin head allow for attachment to the shackle body with wire rope. The tapered pin end simplifies underwater assembly, while the white shackle body and orange handle enhance visibility. Additionally, the pin’s screw thread is chambered to protect the sling from wear and tear.
